Ground Acts
Ground Acts classes ages 7-9
• Friday 4pm-5pm: ages 7-9
• Friday 5pm-6pm: ages 10+
Class description: What are Ground Acts? Ground Acts are movement disciplines such as juggling, prop manipulation, and acrobatics, which utilize the floor space and the freedom it brings. These are skills that, once mastered, can be done anywhere with solid ground!
In this weekly class, students will switch between juggling, hula hoop arts, prop manipulation, dance and acrobatics. These creative activities not only teach confidence and self expression, but body and spacial awareness, strength training, hand-eye coordination, and problem solving.
Students in this program will have opportunities to participate in annual parent showcases and additional seasonal activities.
