How many guests can I invite?  

We recommend that you keep your party guests to 20-25 children. Please see our full Party Guidelines before booking.

What Ages are the Open Gym Parties?

 Parties are only for ages 4+.  

​

What is the cost?  

Gym A:  $345 & Gym B:  $379 ($100 deposit must be paid to book & remainder charged the day before the party)

once these amounts have been charged, no refunds, credits, or transfers will be given for any reason.

How do I book a party?  

Click on the “Book your Party” Button at the top of the page.  The page will take you to our customer portal.  Quickly & easily create your account, and the Birthday Party link will be to the left of your page.  Click the link and book your party!

Liability Waivers?  

Every party participant or adult that enters the building must have a waiver signed by their parent/legal guardian to participate.  No exceptions will be made.  Please plan to send cousins, friends, car-poolers a copy of our waiver or direct them to print one from our website. 

  

What does Summit provide?

  • Unstructured play on gymnastics equipment, trampolines, foam pit, rope swing, etc..

  • Party Hosts to monitor free play & help clean up

  • Party Tables & Chairs  

  • We do not provide any food/drinks/table clothes/utensils or party supplies

• 2015 A 

  • Unstructured play on our huge obstacle course bounce house, velcro bounce house, 40 ft tumble trak, basket ball goal, and spring floors. This party will not go into the big gym to go on to the foam pit or trampolines.

  • Party Hosts to monitor free play & help clean up

  • Party Tables & Chairs  

  • We do not provide any food/drinks/table clothes/utensils or party supplies

Party Timeline: 1.5 hrs

• Equipment/Play Time:  

  • 2015 B: after the rules have been discussed, party participants can play on our trampolines, foam pit, rope swing, & most other gymnastics equipment in the gym

  • 2015 A:  after the rules have been discussed, party participants will have free time on our huge obstacle course bounce house, velcro bounce house, 40 ft tumble trak, and open play on the spring floor.  Please be aware this party will not go into the big gym to go in the foam pit or trampolines.

  • We will have open play for 1 hour & about 20-25 minutes 

  • The last 5-10 minutes we will get together for a group photo, sing happy birthday, gather your belongings, & party favors can be handed out on the way out of the gym.

​

 If you choose to serve food in the gym, we will take about 15 minutes off the free play time for food & cake.
